Amen Baby!

Over the last couple years there have been several new babies in our church.  This year there were SIX new baby girls.  It is a great joy to have the new babies around.  Their lives are such a blessing!  Everyone loves to see how much they are growing and changing each month.  The parents are also very excited to show all the new skills and changes of their babies.  None of these new baby girls can speak yet, but one 18-month-old baby boy is starting to learn many new words.  He is a very active and happy young boy who is always wandering around trying to open doors and find new things.  He often responds to hello – by waving; people by – blowing kisses and saying Uncle, high fives, Mama and Papa, as well as many others.  It was particularly funny and exciting one Sunday morning church service during prayer time.  Some of the other members were agreeing with the prayers by audibly saying Amen.  This little boy also agreed with the prayers.  He walked up and down the aisle replying to every Amen with his louder AMEN.  It is a great joy to hear the boy already speaking out and being influenced by his parents as well as the church community!  His parents, as well as the other new parents desire and are committed to raising their children in a Godly way, hoping that each one of their kids will have an opportunity to believe Jesus personally!  Please pray that these new families will continue to raise their children with faith in God!
