This last weekend Julie, Eric and I all had a 5 day weekend off of work and language study due to Moon Festival (10/6) and their independence day (10/10). We used the long weekend to travel with the rest of our ministry team to a place called Kenting, which is a vacationing spot in the southernmost tip of Taiwan. The first 2 days of our trip we had a retreat to discuss ministry strategy/goals, etc. The last 2 days and a half we got to relax, go to the beach, play games, site see and overall just have a great time hanging out. I loved the whole experience, and to be honest it was hard to get back into the swing of things (such as chinese class and working again) on this past wednesday, but at least it was a short week, and now it’s the weekend again! Here are some pictures I took from Kenting…

    What a great weekend it was! I am so thankful for the chance to get to know yall better/more.
