The name really describes the Changhua Navigator Center well.  It is a church with the vision to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ into the community surrounding the National Changhua University of Education (NCUE) and helping believers grow in their faith as God changes lives to be more Christlike.  Usually, we may first think of The Navigator ministries primarily as a collegiate movement, but as the gospel has advanced into lives and God has been transforming people from old to new, his salvation hasn't stayed stagnate in a single generation.  The gospel is flowing both upward and downward into parents and children's lives.

So why call it a discipleship center... Well, the simple answer is that we would like to give members the opportunity to pursue God in their lives and grow in their faith.  Through Bible study, scripture memorization, prayer, fellowship and sharing their faith (our common Navigator DNA) almost everyone has found God maturing them in dependence and grace!  It is exciting being part of a community of believers committed to encouraging one another to follow after God.
