The Taiwan Missionary Fellowship (TMF) website is an excellent resource for missionaries in or coming to Taiwan.  It is a network of wisdom from Christians who have served in Taiwan for many years.  Links to visa details, community directories, and counseling services can all be found on the website.  The annual conference is also announced for each summer through the TMF network.      

The Oasis Missionary Retreat Center is a true place of rest and relaxation!  The Oasis is designed to provide a location for a holiday, rest, and recuperation.  I have also found it a great place to have personal quite retreats and planning, great home cooked meals, and close proximity to fun on the beach and parks.  It is located on the southern tip of the island near Kenting in a small Hengchuen neighborhood.  The Oasis has a great library for readers and equipment for families wanting to picnic on the beach.  It is one of my favorite get-aways and locations to bring visiting friends in Southern Taiwan!
